City of Seattle has organized and released an interactive map of local restaurants offering take out and/or delivery. The on-line tool was shared yesterday by King County Councilmember Jeanne Kohl-Welles, District 4. A quick search entry of 98101 produced a pinned map with slider to focus within 0 to 10 miles and 3 menus: Takeout Only, Takeout and Delivery, and Delivery Only with counts of each in the search area. Selecting Takeout and Delivery produced a detailed listing with closest options first. 2nd item in my search results, Specialty’s Cafe and Bakery – Union. Details displayed address, website link and more. Clicking through to Specialty’s Cafe & Bakery’s Sandwich menu I found some mouth-watering selections like Turkey, Apple, Brie and Bacon. Looks delicious!
