IRS is Revising W4 for 2020

IRS has released a Draft of the 2020 Form W-4, Employee’s Withholding Allowance Certificate. The Draft does away with the use of withholding allowances for personal exemptions in order to align the W4 form with Tax Cuts and Jobs Act changes.
