Hydration and High Energy Food

The payoff for staying well hydrated can hardly be overstated. Mayo Clinic warns dehydration can cause a multitude of health problems including heat injury, urinary and kidney problems, seizures from electrolyte imbalance and life threatening hypovolemic shock.
