Apple Customers Could Receive a Partial Refund of Costs Paid to Repair iPhone 6 Plus “Touch Disease”

Some Apple iPhone 6 Plus customers are experiencing an issue with the touch screens on their phones. The issue causes the touchscreen to become unusable with a thin, grey line showing at the top of the display. Apple has launched a program to repair the phones for a cost of $149. In some cases Apple customers may have paid charges in excess of $149 to repair their phones. These customers may be eligible for a refund of the excess charges. Customers can reach out to Apple Technical Support to expedite the refund process.
